Asparagus with Tarragon Butter Sauce

1 lb. Fresh Asparagus
1/2 cup Soft Butter
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Lemon
1 tsp. Dried Tarragon
1/2 tsp. Salt

1. Wash and trim asparagus.

2. Place asparagus in steamer and cook until tender but still has a slight bite or snap.

3. While asparagus is steaming, mix the butter, garlic, salt, tarragon and juice of the lemon.

4. Remove asparaus from steamer and place on plates, add dallop of Tarragon butter sauce to each serving and serve immediately.

Serves 6 to 8
